I’m bringing this post to the top as I have added several tutorial links. My next flower should be the Victorian rose and the buttercream rose (worth the wait). I will be adding more flowers to this Index in the coming weeks. I hope you enjoy working with these flowers.

HI there,
I am taking the wilton course and I see your flowers and instructions are the same. I can’t get my Chrysanthemum flower to lock like yours, it is beautiful.
Is there something you are doing different? can you post the instructions?
Even my teacher could not make that flower nice.
Thanks

I Alejandra,
I have posted links to most of the flowers listed above (except victorian rose).
My two tips for the Chrysanthemum flowers are the following:
1- Make petals as close together as possible, starting with base flowers.
2- When making each petal, squeeze the icing to the desired petal length and then stop pressure completely. Pull tip slightly upwards. This will allow you to create petals with same length.

I’ve been using Royal Icing to frost my cupcake bath bombs.. I am having a problem with the icing developing little dark spots as it dries…. any tips or ideas of how to avoid this??
Thanks!
